Same-day flower delivery is available across the USA through our network of trusted local florists. To ensure same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 3 PM in the recipient’s delivery zip code. Next-day and future delivery options are also available. Please note that cutoff times may vary on weekends and during peak holidays. Standard delivery fees start at $14.99, though they may vary based on location, delivery time, and selected date.

To guarantee the freshest product possible, we make every effort to deliver the specified arrangement. However, in some instances, florists may need to substitute similar flowers or containers to ensure timely delivery.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Order Issues

All Day Gift partners with a reliable network of florists, but occasional delivery issues may occur. We stand behind our 100% satisfaction guarantee—if you are unsatisfied with the delivery timing, please contact us.

If a florist informs us that your selected delivery date and time cannot be met, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will then attempt to deliver your order at the earliest available time unless you request cancellation. If you paid extra for expedited delivery and the order cannot be fulfilled as scheduled, ADG will automatically refund the expedited delivery fee.

If you do not receive a delivery confirmation email within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery, please contact us so we can follow up on your order.

We will issue a full refund upon request or work with you to find an alternative resolution, unless we can confirm that:

• The order was delivered on time.

• Delivery was delayed due to recipient-related issues (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or refusal of delivery).
