Frequently Asked Questions

DELIVERY INQUIRIES

Can you deliver at a specific time?

While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, we are happy to place a request with our florist through our Contact Us page. Our residential deliveries are made between 9am and 6pm in the recipient's time zone, and business deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm in the recipient's time zone.

Funeral deliveries will be made prior to the start of the service, so be sure to include your service time on your order.

We do offer an expedited option for $4.99. This guarantees delivery, rounded to the next half hour, within four hours of the order being placed. If the order is placed before the desired date of delivery or prior to 8am within the recipient's time zone the delivery is guaranteed by no later than noon.

Will my order be delivered today?

The recipient's time zone and delivery day of week determine same day delivery eligibility:

Delivery Day of Week Eligibility
Monday - Friday Before 3PM in Recipient's Time Zone
Saturday Before 2PM in Recipient's Time Zone
Sunday Before 1PM in Recipient's Time Zone

What happens if my recipient isn’t home at the time of delivery?

If there is a safe location to leave the arrangement and the weather conditions allow, the florist will leave the delivery in a secure spot.

If no suitable location is available, the florist will leave a door tag and a voicemail. A re-delivery will be scheduled once the recipient’s availability is confirmed.

If you have specific instructions for what should happen if your recipient isn’t available, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page, and we’ll relay your request to the florist.

What is the difference between same-day and next-day delivery? What is the “Growers Collection”?

Same-day delivery: Available for both future and same-day orders, these products are delivered by a trusted local florist in the recipient’s area.

Next-day delivery: Marked with the “NEXT DAY DELIVERY” tag, these products are not eligible for same-day delivery but are available nationwide for future dates. They are shipped in a gift box with a freshness guarantee.

How do I send flowers to a hospital?

Brightening someone’s day with flowers at a hospital is a wonderful gesture. Here’s what you need to know:

If the recipient is a patient, the florist will deliver the arrangement to the nurse’s station or front desk for staff to bring to the patient’s room.

For patients in the ICU, flowers may not be permitted. In this case, the florist will hold the order until the patient is moved to a standard room.

If the recipient is a hospital employee, please inform us at checkout in the special instructions section or through our Contact Us page, and we’ll notify the florist.

Do you deliver to military bases?

Yes, we do!

Can you deliver to gated communities?

Yes! Please provide the recipient’s contact phone number during checkout to ensure a smooth delivery. If you’ve already placed your order, you can update the details via our Contact Us page.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

We strive to accommodate time requests but cannot guarantee specific delivery times. However, we offer an expedited delivery option for an additional $4.99, which prioritizes your order.

Do I need to select expedited delivery for a funeral service?

No, funeral orders are automatically given top priority.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order’s status using our Track Your Order page. Once your delivery is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that florists often update the delivery status once they return from making deliveries.
